The centre's new COVID-19 managed offices provide a modern, professional workspace with flexible, short-term contracts. With offices ranging in size from 265 to 510 square feet and flexible space up to 1,000 square feet, The space can comfortably accommodate firms with one to twenty employees. Because clients are not bound to a long-term commitment with the space, the flexible contracts allow them to locate their business wherever they want. If clients only require temporary, short-term office space, the centre can offer a three-month contract.
The offices are rented unfurnished, and the rental price includes everything. Each office has air conditioning and heating, and clients will have full access to the shared kitchen and restroom
